Rajasthan has the second-highest unemployed population in India, as reported by CMIE (Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy).
At Aagaz, we are working to bridge this gap by running skill development initiatives that empower youth with industry-relevant training. Our programs are designed to impart additional skills, boost employability, and create pathways to sustainable jobs and livelihoods.
In Jaipur, Aagaz has established two Skill Development Centers under the name “EdTech Academy”. These centers are focused on job-oriented training courses across high-demand sectors.

Skill Development Programme 25th September 2025
Aagaz organized a Certificate Distribution Programme for our Skill Development Training in Microfinance and Retail Associate.
During the training, students gained valuable knowledge in Banking & Finance and Retail Operations, empowering them with industry-ready skills.
We’re thrilled to share that placement opportunities were also provided to all successful participants, opening doors to brighter careers and financial independence.
